About Keyboard Match
Keyboard Match helps you choose a mechanical keyboard for how you type, what you play and what you want to spend. We explain layouts, compare features and make shortlists easier to use.
How we choose keyboards
Our current articles are research-based buying guides. We compare published product information, layouts, connectivity and switch compatibility. Manufacturer links in each guide let you check the exact configuration before buying.
We have not tested every keyboard in person. A hands-on review will explicitly identify the unit tested and explain the testing method. Research guides do not imply measured latency, battery life or long-term durability.
We explain who a product suits and when to choose something else. Model names, switches and wireless options can vary between editions. Prices and stock change, so current prices are shown by the merchant.
Who writes the guides
Articles are published under the Keyboard Match name. Each guide shows its original publication date; a separate updated date records substantive revisions.
How we make money
Some links to Keychron and EPOMAKER are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Our current shortlists focus on these brands and are not an exhaustive comparison of every keyboard on the market.
